Head of Marketing
with a demonstrated history of success in the gaming industry. The ideal candidate should possess a proven track record of successfully launching hit products and building a high-performing marketing team.

Marketing Strategy Development:
Formulate comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to the casual games marketUpgrade our marketing strategy for Cryptogram and drive strategy for new products!
Monetization Strategies:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and optimize monetization strategies, including in-app purchases, ads, and other revenue streamsCreative Production:
Oversee the development and production of high-quality creativesUser Acquisition:
Develop and implement effective campaigns to acquire new playersDrive new product launches:
Explore and evaluate new nichesCollaborate closely with our CEO and let's create high performing marketing team together!

What kind of professional are we looking for?
2+ years of proven experience in a Head of Marketing or similar high-level position in the mobile gaming industryDeep understanding of the dynamics of the mobile gaming market and current industry trendsEffective leadership skills to inspire and lead a high-performing marketing team, fostering collaboration, creativity, and a results-driven cultureAnalytical skills and experience using data for strategic decision-makingA commitment to achieving measurable results with a focus on KPIs and ROIStrong networking skills to build and maintain relationships with key industry players, influencers, and potential partnersRussian and English languages
