This is a temporary, 1099 contractor position. Open to remote applicants outside of Arizona.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities (Other duties may be assigned)
Collaborate with the Isagenix creative team to develop and design presentations for the Celebration event.
Assess the length, style, and format of presentations to ensure consistency and effectiveness.
Select and incorporate brand fonts, graphics, and other visual elements to enhance presentation design.
Work closely with other team members to align presentation designs with overall event themes and goals.
Ensure all presentations are visually appealing, on-brand, and effectively convey the intended message.
Manage multiple presentation projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
Provide creative input and suggestions to improve the overall impact of presentations.
Minimum Qualifications (These are the requirements that all applicants MUST HAVE to be considered for this position)
4 years experience in presentation design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
Strong understanding of design principles and best practices.
Detail-oriented with a keen eye for aesthetics and visual consistency.
Strong interpersonal skills, detail oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with a team and independently manage your workload.
Previous work experience that proves the ability to turn an idea into a successful visual and marketing piece.
High proficiency with graphic design and presentation software, particularly Keynote, PowerPoint and Adobe Creative Suite.
Hands-on experience in creative process, marketing, graphic design, and brand development.
Superior organizational and communication skills.
The office environment requires the use of standard office equipment and personal computers.
Preferred Qualifications
Advanced degree in graphic design or a related field
Experience within organizations known for high growth through innovation and quality where products are sold through multiple and/or alternate distribution channels.
Proven and accomplished marketing experience with a progressive career within a network marketing and/or consumer packaged Goods Company.
Professional experience focusing on health and wellness or related product categories.
