The following information provides an overview of the skills, qualities, and qualifications needed for this role.The Chief of Staff, Global Media is an accomplished, strategic operator, adept at driving initiative progress through matrixed organizations by thoughtful program and stakeholder orchestration. You will:
Leading strategic and tactical project orchestration from discovery to delivery
Partnering across the company to design solutions for clients and new business processes
Using direct experience with Global media accounts and Agile project management to drive progress
Maintaining up-to-date data and materials tailored to client needs
Understanding the media and technology vertical and various businesses
Reporting into the Chief Solutions Officer
Driving progress in solution design across teams
Providing purpose, direction, and motivation to the team
Owning communications with clients and internal stakeholders
Maintaining progress tracking and setting quality standards
Acting as the day-to-day project contact for clients and stakeholders
Managing third-party partner and vendor relationships as needed
Qualifications:
Relationship-building and collaboration with key client stakeholders
Documentation and workflow expertise across business units
Global media and Martech/Adtech ecosystem knowledge
Awareness of industry trends and client solution opportunities
Experience with co-located and virtual teams
BA/BS in Business, Economics, or Strategy-related discipline
5+ years of experience in marketing, media agencies, or related fields
Located in the New York tri-state area with some travel required (10-15%)
Experience working with senior leaders and management
Skilled in solving market and project management challenges

Compensation Range:
$70,000-117,500. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
