Job Description The Global Marketing Director – Photon-Counting CT (PCCT) is responsible for driving market leadership in the rapidly evolving PCCT segment, ensuring strong business performance by tracking market share, pricing strategies, and Net Promoter Score (NPS) while identifying opportunities to enhance these key metrics. Align market insights with technological advancements in photon-counting CT, competitive intelligence, and evolving clinical demands to guide Product Management in roadmap decisions, ensuring the voice of the customer (VOC) is central to innovation. Develop and execute a global PCCT portfolio strategy, including product positioning, competitive differentiation, and portfolio optimization to drive market penetration and customer adoption. Conduct clinical and industry trend analysis, competitive intelligence, and win/loss tracking to identify PCCT growth strategies across diverse healthcare environments, including academic centers, research institutions, and high-end clinical practices. Quantify and prioritize market opportunities for PCCT, assessing adoption barriers, pricing sensitivity, and reimbursement trends. Define and optimize product introduction and enhancement strategies, ensuring a strong competitive edge against spectral CT, conventional dual-energy solutions, and alternative emerging technologies. Establish budgetary requirements and execution plans to ensure successful commercialization and go-to-market success for PCCT. Drive research initiatives to assess customer needs, workflow impact, and economic benefits of PCCT, uncovering unmet needs to inform innovation and commercial strategy. Evaluate market risks, including regulatory hurdles, reimbursement shifts, and competitive responses, and develop mitigation strategies to sustain leadership in PCCT adoption. Work closely with Regional Product Marketing, Engineering, and Global Design teams to influence the PCCT product roadmap, ensuring alignment with market demands, clinical applications, and operational workflows. Develop and implement customer loyalty and retention programs for PCCT users, ensuring high satisfaction and continued share of wallet growth. Collaborate with Product Management and Market Insights teams to define a comprehensive evidence-generation strategy supporting both new product introductions (NPI) and installed base optimization. Establish brand positioning, value propositions, and competitive claims for PCCT, ensuring compelling differentiation from conventional CT and dual-energy CT solutions. Engage with professional societies, academic institutions, and advocacy groups to identify Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and drive awareness of PCCT's clinical and economic benefits. Support regional KOL development and clinical partnerships to build a strong reference site network for PCCT adoption. Lead the global launch of PCCT solutions, including segmentation strategies, pricing models, commercialization plans, and advocacy-building efforts, in coordination with Regional Product Marketing. Develop marketing assets, sales enablement tools, and training programs to accelerate PCCT market education and adoption. Enhance the customer experience for PCCT users, ensuring seamless integration, optimized workflow, and continued clinical success. Utilize NPI Commercial Activation rigor to execute a global PCCT marketing strategy, driving order growth, market expansion, and competitive advantage. Align regional marketing strategies with the global vision, ensuring effective execution across diverse healthcare ecosystems. Partner with Public Relations and Marketing Communications to develop a PCCT-focused communication strategy, highlighting breakthrough innovations, clinical impact, and customer success stories. Manage marketing budgets and execution timelines, ensuring timely program implementation to achieve commercial objectives. Qualifications/Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field. 8+ years experience in marketing, product management, or business development within medical imaging, computed tomography, or healthcare technology. Proven ability to develop and execute market growth strategies, particularly in high-tech and emerging medical imaging segments. Strong analytical skills, with experience in market forecasting, pricing strategy, and competitive positioning. Leadership and influence skills to drive alignment across cross-functional teams and regional markets. Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders ranging from R&D teams to C-suite executives and clinical leaders. Deep understanding of Computed Tomography (CT), with a preference for experience in spectral imaging, dual-energy CT, or photon-counting CT technologies. Desired Characteristics: MBA or Master’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or Healthcare-related field. 10+ years’ experience in medical imaging marketing, with a track record of success in launching new imaging technologies. Expertise in clinical workflow, radiology economics, and adoption barriers for high-end imaging solutions. Experience leading global product launches, market entry strategies, and brand development in healthcare. Strong knowledge of regulatory, reimbursement, and clinical evidence-generation strategies for advanced imaging solutions. Proven ability to influence and collaborate with global teams, including R&D, sales, product management, and medical affairs. Why This Role?
