Job Description: Global Product Marketing Manager - Bioprocessing (Solventum) At Solventum, we enable better, smarter, safer healthcare to improve lives. As a Product Marketing Manager for the Bioprocessing business, you will be encouraged to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by: Maintaining the health and activation of the Portfolio assigned. Assist the Global Strategy creation and execution via Area Teams to deliver growth objectives. Be a conduit with Area Marketing, Sales and Global Technical Teams to identify gaps and deliver solutions with Global Cross Functional Teams on new product development and line extensions. Develop and execute marketing strategies to deliver growth expectations for the portfolio assigned. Collaborate with other Purification and Filtration Functions to foster Teamwork to drive growth. Set and onboard Global Organisation on price, margin, and operating strategy for the portfolio moving forward. Conduct market research in key application segments. Determine the price value position of Solventum and competitive products. Leading cross functional teams to exceed results. Your Skills and Expertise To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications: Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 5 years of job-related experience in Bioprocessing or a related Industry with sales, marketing, analytics or business development. OR High School diploma and a minimum of 9 years of job-related experience in Bioprocessing or a related Industry with sales, marketing, analytics or business development. AND Experience creating and executing marketing plans and pricing strategies. Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include: Master's degree in Marketing or Business Administration from an accredited institution. Proven track record in driving sales growth with existing products and new product launches and commercialization. Proven track record of success in establishing and maintaining sales forecasts and their attainment. Fluent in English. Work location: Remote - US Travel: May include up to 15% domestic/international. Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).
