Qualifications The selected candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree and 3 or more years’ relevant experience or equivalent combination. Experience in admissions, marketing, recruitment, sales and/or other client-facing positions, such as executive education, business development, training and learning and development, or related areas is essential. Well-developed analytical, interpersonal, and negotiating skills are required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are also required. The selected candidate will have the ability to interact effectively with a diverse population at all levels and to facilitate decision making. Excellent judgment and a demonstrated ability to identify, establish and maintain relationships with experienced working professionals are preferred. Exposure to international environments is also preferred.
