Job Description

The role involves leading the development of strategic and tactical PR programs for corporate and brand segments. The candidate will lead public affairs and digital PR efforts, establish relationships with various media outlets, manage media and publicity events, and handle crisis situations.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Lead PR programs and communication plans aligned with business objectives and comprehensive campaigns.
• Analyze data from multiple sources to inform strategic and tactical communication approaches.
• Execute strategic PR campaigns to meet business KPIs and ensure stakeholder engagement.
• Implement media strategies and events to achieve publicity targets and ROI.
• Provide reports on PR campaign outcomes to different business segments.
• Develop relationships with media and other key stakeholders to foster goodwill for Globe.
• Lead crisis and issues management, protecting Globe's reputation and public perception.
• Promote talent development, succession planning, and career growth within the team.

KPIs

• Perception management, brand credibility, customer sentiment, and brand affinity.
• Timely execution of media events and PR programs.
• Effective crisis management and resolution, with timely support to the Crisis Action Team.
