Graphic Designer I
to join its team in Shawnee, KS.
As a
Graphic Designer I , you will play a key role in crafting and managing the visual identity for all PBI-Gordon Companies and subsidiary brands. You will ensure our marketing materials are visually engaging, consistently on-brand, and effectively communicate our products and messages to our audiences.
Position Responsibilities:• Design creative solutions that enhance engagement and transform business objectives into compelling visual concepts• Collaborate with the team to strategize and execute advertising and marketing concepts, including digital ads, websites, print materials, posters, logos, brochures, and more• Partner with the account management team to oversee creative deliverables, ensuring that deadlines and budgets are consistently met• Develop and implement visual brand standards to ensure consistency across all channels

Position Requirements:• Associate’s degree in Graphic Design or related field OR 3+ years of related work experience required, Bachelor’s degree preferred• 1+ year(s) of graphic design (traditional and digital) experience• Proficient in Adobe InDesign and/or Illustrator and Mac OS systems; experience in motion design and Adobe Dimension or 3D software a plus• Proven ability to create designs for a variety of audiences, brands, and industries, in multi-platform capacities• Strong communication and presentation skills
