Scroll down the page to see all associated job requirements, and any responsibilities successful candidates can expect.Responsibilities:Creates print and digital graphic design content for the organization and all additional PLASTICS brands (e.g., web graphics, branding campaigns, social media, display ads, email graphics, print collateral, event materials). Contributes to a wide range of projects and media across multiple software programs to visualize and develop innovative graphic designs that support business goals.With input from managers, assists with the visual and creative execution of the PLASTICS’ marketing campaigns in alignment with the association’s marketing vision, including branding, positioning, voice, and personality of the association.Maintains brand standards consistently and collaborates with cross-functional teams to stay up to date with and relay updates.Updates and maintains internal databases for designs, photography, and video.Education & Experience:Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, arts, or a related field or equivalent experience.A minimum of two years’ experience in a related position as an in-house designer for a marketing agency, organization, or trade association experience preferred.Experience with or willingness to learn Adobe Creative Suite, Ceros, and WordPress.Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:Working knowledge of graphic design principles, email management, and customer service management (CRM) tools.Written and verbal communications skills with diverse stakeholder audiences.Self-motivated with attention to detail, problem-solving, organizational, emotional intelligence, and interpersonal skills.Ability to prioritize and work on a variety of projects, adjust to changing priorities, meet deadlines, and deliver results.Ability to work autonomously and collectively to build consensus.Ability to provide customer service to internal and external stakeholders.An earnest work ethic and dedication to the collective success of the organization in service of our membership.A commitment to promoting and working in an inclusive and diverse environment with a variety of colleagues from multiple backgrounds.Demonstrate a commitment to embody and uphold PLASTICS’ core values of ethics, unity, impact, optimism, and innovation in all interactions and responsibilities.Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.About Us:The Plastics Industry Association (PLASTICS) is a purpose-driven organization here to support the entire plastics supply chain.
