What You'll Do
Photograph families, pets, and children in a high-end, studio setting
Lead each session with confidence, warmth, and emotional intelligence
Pose clients and guide them toward natural, meaningful expressions
Manage workflow: image download, culling, and upload post-session
Represent our brand with professionalism, empathy, and polish
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of studio photography experience (not negotiable)
- Strong posing, lighting, and artistic composition skills
- Fast and efficient workflow without sacrificing quality
- A warm, charismatic presence - able to connect instantly with people (and pets)
- Physically capable of standing for long periods and lifting 50+ lbs
- Coachable, dependable, and committed to excellence
- You prefer to work solo and don't enjoy heavy client interaction
- You struggle under time pressure or dislike a fast-paced environment
- You aren't open to feedback or continual improvement
