Digital Marketing CoordinatorThe Digital Marketing Coordinator serves as a key member of the Marketing, Communications, and Engagement team and is responsible for strategically telling the story of Indiana Sports Corp through social media, content creation, and digital channels to perpetuate a positive image for the organization consistent with its mission.Location:
Indianapolis, Indiana. Relocation assistance is not available.
General responsibilities (include but are not limited to):
Create, manage, and monitor content on Indiana Sport Corp's official social media channels.Ideate, shoot, and edit photos/videos to post on Indiana Sports Corp social media channels and website.Manage social media community by responding to social media messages, inquiries, and comments.Collaborate with department heads and other internal constituents, as necessary, to develop, create, edit and post content across all social media platforms.Coordinate the design and creation of compelling and engaging content alongside Art Director and Coordinator of Graphic Design.Assist with gathering and disseminating real-time content from events and campaigns.Maintain a detailed content calendar to ensure timely promotion of content including, but not limited to, event promotion, marketing efforts, and other storytelling efforts.Monitor industry social media trends to determine how to maximize them for Indiana Sports Corp through idea generation, idea execution and education as appropriate.Monitor results and analytics to identify ways to increase reach and engagement and provide metrics to stakeholders.Manage, update, maintain, and create website content on IndianaSportsCorp.org including but not limited to event promotion, marketing efforts, and other storytelling efforts.Assist with email marketing campaigns including but not limited to event promotion, marketing efforts, and other storytelling efforts.Contribute to Marketing & Communications Team meetings with new, creative ideas for storytelling and event promotion.Assist with event execution as needed.Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required.2+ years of demonstrated experience in social media and/or digital media management.Required Skills/Abilities:
Proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook specifically)Proficient in analyzing social media metrics.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.Ability to function well in a high-paced environment.
