We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated
Graphic Designer, Arena Marketing
to join our
Centercourt Studios,
responsible for creating engaging graphic content that drives promotion of concerts and events, as well as elevates fan experience through design of impactful artist experiences at Footprint Center events, one of the preeminent destinations for sports and entertainment in the country. Daily focuses include working across a variety of mediums from digital wall displays and digital promotional ads, physical displays, motion graphics templates, large format printing, as well as assisting in developing custom event spaces.
What You Will Do:
Support the Arena Marketing team by creating first class graphics for concerts and events that will be delivered to various platforms including in-arena digital displays, social media channels, digital web ads, and large format print.Play a key role in creating and developing brand guidelines for the venue, showcasing the venue as a premier destination for live entertainment.Contribute to creative collaboration with the Arena Marketing team in delivering impactful artist promotions and experiences, as well as developing physical fan engagement displays to help drive future business and provide memorable experiences for fans.Contribute to the creative design process by bringing innovative ideas and creative solutions, contributing to the overall success of the team.Resizing promoter ad mats into a wide range of deliverable assets with very quick turnaround times.Manage multiple projects simultaneously and adhere to project timelines.Collaborate and respond to feedback from stakeholders to incorporate revisions to achieve the desired creative vision.
What We Need From Our Graphic Designer, Arena Marketing:
Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud products: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro.A passion for live music and entertainment.Illustration and hand craftmanship skills are preferred but not required.Deep understanding and ongoing curiosity of design trendsExperience with project management tools like Asana, monday.com, JIRA, Wrike, etc.Strong team player able to collaborate with a team of creatives.Excellent organization and time management skills.Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.Excellent communication skills and clearly able to articulate design ideas.Adhere to brand guidelines in ways that still push creative boundaries.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.Basic videography/production/still graphics skills.Computer literate in a Mac environment.
Experience/ Education Requirements :
Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Art, or other relevant field3+ years of Creative Design experience in concert and events industry, film/video production house, agency, or related in-house environmentProvide strong portfolio or demo reel.Extremely detail oriented and adherence to strict file structure guidelinesCapable of following print specifications and digital requirements for constructing files.The ability to effectively manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.Excellent written and oral communications, as well as strong organizational skillsThe ability to work a flexible schedule as needed, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
