Celigo’s Marketing Team is looking for a Graphic Designer (Contract) to support a variety of marketing design needs. Reporting to the Sr. Director of Creative, this role will work closely with our Brand & Experience Marketing team, as well as the Web Development, Marketing Campaigns, and Product Marketing teams. This is a remote contract role with flexible hours spread across Q2-Q4 of 2025, adjusting based on workload.
Key Responsibilities
- Design marketing assets such as email banners, social media graphics, webinar promos, landing pages, ebooks, and datasheets.
- Create and refine presentation designs in PowerPoint and Google Slides.
- Develop event graphics including booth designs, pull-up banners, event collateral, and swag.
- Assist with minor motion graphics/video work when needed.
- Ensure all designs align with Celigo’s brand guidelines and are delivered accurately and on time.
- Proactively address information gaps in design requests by collaborating with stakeholders.
- Manage smaller projects independently, from brief to final delivery.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Software Proficiency:
- Figma, InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator (must-have).
- PowerPoint and Google Slides (intermediate to expert level).
Soft Skills:
- Strong communication and ability to work in a remote team.
- High comfort level with owning projects and managing stakeholder feedback.
- Conceptual design thinking and problem-solving.
- Excellent file/asset organization skills.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related design/art field.
- Mid-level experience preferred (junior designers with at least 1 year of professional experience will be considered based on portfolio strength).
Nice-to-Have Skills (Bonus Points!)
- Familiarity designing and building basic web pages in WordPress themes.
- Experience using Canva, Gamma (for rich-media digital publishing), Asana (project management), Designmodo’s Postcards email builder, and motion graphics tools.
- Background in SaaS or integration solutions.
