Base pay range
$45,000.00/yr - $50,000.00/yr
Position Title: Jr. Graphic Designer
Location: Onsite – 5 days a week
Requested Start Date: ASAP
Required Skills & Experience
- Proficiency in MO365 Suite
- Expertise in Adobe Suite with skills in photo, video, and podcast editing
- Experience leading marketing campaigns
Preferred Skills & Experience
- Experience with Digital Asset Management (DAM) Software or a similar platform

Responsibilities
The Jr. Graphic Designer will play a crucial role in enhancing company growth through collaboration, organization, and project management. Key responsibilities include:
- Designing print and digital materials, including newsletters, advertisements, fillable forms, emails, and social media content
- Managing brand consistency across all marketing assets
- Assisting in the creation of animation, infographics, and basic video/podcast production
- Utilizing marketing research findings to refine content and improve engagement
- Overseeing multiple projects simultaneously and ensuring deadlines are met
Qualifications
- Degree or equivalent experience in Graphic Design or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience as a Graphic Designer
