Job Summary

We’re seeking a creative Graphic Designer with experience in apparel and branding to develop eye-catching designs for clothing, packaging, and marketing materials. You'll create print-ready artwork for T-shirts, hoodies, and merchandise while ensuring brand alignment with brand identity. Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and print production techniques is required. Bonus if you have experience in packaging design or motion graphics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design unique and culturally relevant graphics for apparel and merchandise (T-shirts, hoodies, hats, accessories, packaging).
• Create print-ready artwork for screen printing, embroidery, sublimation, and other textile applications.
• Develop branding elements such as logos, typography, custom illustrations, and patterns.
• Work closely with marketing teams to design social media graphics, packaging, and promotional materials.
• Ensure designs align with brand identity, trends, industry regulations, and limitations.
• Collaborate with product development teams to bring designs to life from concept to final production.
• Stay updated with current fashion and streetwear trends to keep our brand fresh and competitive.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop. Video experience is a bonus.
• Understanding of print production techniques (screen printing, DTG, embroidery, heat transfer, etc.).
• Knowledge of fabric types, color matching, and textile printing processes.
• Ability to capture the essence of brand identity and guidelines in design while maintaining brand integrity.
• Strong typography, color theory, and layout skills.
• Bonus: Experience in video production, packaging design, motion graphics, or Brand Guides.
