Description
Position Summary
The New Art Dealers Alliance (NADA) seeks a full-time Graphic Designer to join our team. Reporting to the Executive Director and Communications and Marketing Director, the Graphic Designer will be responsible for the implementing NADA’s brand identity (including the NADA Foundation) across all deliverables spanning the organization's activities, including art fairs, programming, exhibition space (LUNCH), the NADA Foundation, communications deliverables, digital initiatives, and advertising.
Key Responsibilities:
Branding & Art Direction
- Implement and further develop NADA’s visual identity across all platforms, including Art Fairs, Exhibitions, Membership, Programming, Exhibition Space, Digital Initiatives, Stationery, Advertising, and Merchandise.
- Ensure consistency in visual branding across all materials and touchpoints.
- Consult with the design team responsible for NADA’s graphic manual, as needed.
Graphic Design & Digital Media
- Design assets for communication deliverables, including email campaigns, social media, and printed materials.
- Oversee full production cycles from concept to execution, including liaising with printers, managing on-site installations, and managing production budgets.
- Develop advertising assets for both digital and print platforms.
- Collaborate with the Marketing & Communications Director and Website Developer to implement feature upgrades and enhance the functionality and user experience to website applications and services.
Event & Exhibition Design
- Develop and design signage systems and wayfinding strategies for large-scale programs, exhibitions, art fairs.
- Create show guides, event badges, and other event-based print and digital materials.
- Work with partner galleries to maintain brand identity for NADA’s exhibition space across print and digital assets.
- Work closely with NADA’s team to ensure all visual materials align with event logistics and overall branding.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design
- 5 years of professional experience
- Advanced proficiency in designing for print production and digital media
- Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite, InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop

Work Schedule:
This is an in person full-time, exempt position based in New York City. Regular hours are Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with occasional evenings and weekends for special events. Flexibility is required during the production of art fairs and large events, including travel.
