The Keller Group is seeking a Social Media Manager with advertising agency experience. Our client is a reputable marketing organization that represents many noteworthy brands, offers exciting growth opportunity and boasts a tenured team. This client's ideal candidate will have an advanced understanding of social media with a strategic approach to revamp multiple brands social media presence. This organization offers a hybrid work schedule, so candidates must be local to the Greater Phoenix AZ area.

Social Media Manager Job Responsibilities:

· Create and manage content planning to ensure publishing schedules are on track

· Oversee and develop engaging and relevant content across multiple social media channels for a diverse roaster of brands

· Collaborate with internal teams and external parties in an effort to get all creative deliverables across the finish line

· Develop strategies and implement new features to evolve brand awareness

· Research and report on current social media trends and audience preference

· Provide insight strategy to brand Executives

Qualifications:

· 5+ years of social media marketing experience in a professional setting (working with in-house brands or multiple brands at any given time)

· A bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field

· Proven experience on all major social media platforms and digital marketing channels

· Strong copywriting, editing, and reporting/analytical skills are a must!

· A self-starter, who has the ability to manage multiple projects and manage time effectively

· A collaborative mindset with critical problem-solving skills
