Deep experience leading client engagement across social-first retainers A love for RPG games will be a differentiator in this role This is a remote role; however, we are seeking candidates who reside on the West Coast region WHAT YOU WILL DO
Oversee social-first creative teams for three gaming franchises. You will lead teams of ACDs, Art Directors, Copywriters, and Content Creators to ideate and execute content across various social channels, influencer campaigns, and brand tentpole events. Lead integrated campaigns from briefing through launch, serving as creative owner, thought leader, and partner to creative colleagues as needed Partner with creative production teams from AV, Design, Social / Digital, and Experience to execute gaming-specific project work Partner with Group Account Director and our Head of Strategy to ensure a cohesive vision and excellence across all three franchises. ABOUT YOU 10-12 years’ experience, with 5 years or more in the Gaming Industry Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field. Ability to conceptualize integrated campaign ideas that execute natively across channels Experience partnering with editorial teams on video projects of all kinds Led GTM campaigns for AAA titles An understanding of the Gaming creator/influencer landscape and has activated an earned media or content creator campaign or execution Experience with Social & Digital campaigns or campaign extensions A strong visual eye and an understanding of branding systems for the category Strong leadership and teamwork skills, the ability to work with creative leads and mentor other creatives, and the confidence and skill to communicate your ideas clearly across various mediums. Ability to give and receive feedback from stakeholders from other creative production departments. Ability to be successful in working on multiple projects at once. A can-do, entrepreneurial attitude and a lack of ego are essential to our work. Must have an authentic passion for the Gaming category and be willing to go above and beyond to grow our Gaming business.
