As we scale, we are investing in building a world-class Go-To-Market (GTM) engine to drive new customer acquisition and revenue growth. We're seeking an execution-driven MBA Intern to help bring this vision to life over the summer.
Role Overview
As a Growth Marketing MBA Intern, you will play a critical role in creating and scaling the HouseWhisper Go-To-Market engine. You’ll work closely with leadership to manage lead generation initiatives, explore AI tools for growth, drive operational projects, and deliver key marketing and sales enablement assets. This is a hands-on, high-impact execution role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, takes full ownership of projects, and consistently drives results.
At HouseWhisper, priorities evolve quickly. We’re looking for someone who embraces ambiguity, adapts rapidly, and enjoys solving problems independently. We prioritize in-person collaboration to enable quick decisions and real-time teamwork. This is a Seattle-based, in-office internship, and regular on-site presence is required. We believe we win as a team, and everyone pitches in to help each other succeed. While flexibility is available when needed, day-to-day work will take place in person.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute outbound and inbound lead generation initiatives using AI tools to drive innovative growth. This includes everything from pipeline building to automation, across email marketing, LinkedIn outreach, prospecting, and inbound workflows
- Build and manage CRM workflows in HubSpot, including lead routing, email sequences, campaign automation, and pipeline tracking
- Design and launch paid marketing campaigns across LinkedIn, Meta, and Bing to drive lead generation and increase brand awareness
- Create marketing and sales enablement materials such as sales decks, battle cards, one-pagers, email templates, and social media content to support go-to-market efforts
- Own the production of key GTM assets, collaborating with internal teams and external partners to ensure high-quality execution
- Develop case studies, testimonials, and customer success stories to support bottom-of-funnel conversion
- Build internal enablement systems, like a ChatGPT Wiki, and onboarding playbooks to scale knowledge sharing and improve sales efficiency
Qualifications
- At least 4+ years of prior hands-on experience in marketing, sales operations, demand generation, or startup operations.
- Prior startup experience required; must be comfortable operating in fast-paced, rapidly evolving environments
- Strong experience creating marketing campaigns or managing design/content projects.
- Hands-on execution experience with HubSpot or similar (CRM workflows, marketing automation, sequences).
- Experience or demonstrated interest in leveraging AI tools to drive growth, optimize workflows, or enable automation.
- Exceptionally organized, proactive, and capable of independently driving projects to completion
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly present ideas and collaborate across teams
- Analytical mindset with a focus on tracking performance metrics and identifying opportunities for improvement
