What You’ll Do The Senior Firmwide Presentation Designer will deliver graphical support and consultation to attorneys, legal assistants, and expert witnesses. They will use specialized graphics as visual aids to assist juries, judges, arbitrators, and mock juries in complex litigation. This role requires at least 5 years of experience in graphics creation and support at pre-trial and trial stages. The candidate must be self-motivated, diligent, disciplined, resourceful, organized, and capable of multitasking under tight deadlines. Excellent written and oral communication skills, along with the ability to foster collaborative relationships with attorneys, legal assistants, and colleagues, are essential. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft Office Suite is required; knowledge of 2D/3D animation and modeling software is a plus. Essential Functions
Work with trial teams to develop graphic recommendations for effective visual communication. Design, revise, and oversee the creation of high-level graphics, illustrations, and animations. Revise and format PowerPoint presentations, maintaining litigation-specific styles and consistency. Provide on-site trial support, acting as a point of contact and managing workflow among designers. Assist in marketing and promoting the firm’s internal trial resources. Build and maintain strong relationships with attorneys, legal assistants, and colleagues. This position is 70% billable (35 or 37.5 hours per week). What You’ll Bring
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university preferred. Minimum of 5+ years in legal technology or related field. Skills:
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of 2D/3D animation and modeling software is a plus.
