Fowling Warehouse DFW is seeking a Marketing and Guest Relations Manager to join our team!
Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic, creative, and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts and elevate our brand presence. This role is perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of food, fun, and entertainment. You’ll craft and execute innovative strategies to drive foot traffic, increase brand awareness, and keep our guests coming back for more.
The ideal candidate is equally comfortable diving into data and brainstorming big, bold campaigns. You’ll blend digital savvy with traditional tactics and on-site promotions to build a cohesive marketing approach that reflects the energy and excitement of the Fowling Warehouse experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute integrated marketing plans aligned with business goals—driving guest traffic, increasing revenue, and promoting signature events.
- Brand Development: Maintain a consistent, engaging brand voice across all marketing channels and guest touchpoints.
- Digital Marketing: Manage the venue’s digital presence—website, social media, email campaigns, SEO, paid advertising (Google Ads, Meta, etc.).
- Content Creation: Collaborate with creatives to develop compelling content: graphics, video, blogs, social media posts, email newsletters, and more.
- Event Promotion: Partner with the events team to promote on-site experiences, seasonal campaigns, off-site activations, and promotions.
- Partnerships & Outreach: Cultivate relationships with local influencers, businesses, and community organizations to amplify our brand and co-host unique events.
- Customer Engagement: Drive loyalty programs, guest promotions, and feedback initiatives to build strong connections and improve the guest experience.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track KPIs, analyze marketing data, and adjust strategies for continuous improvement and ROI optimization.
- Budget Oversight: Manage and allocate the marketing budget efficiently to maximize reach and impact.
Requirements:
- Experience: 3–5 years of marketing experience, ideally in hospitality, entertainment, food & beverage, or related industries.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in digital marketing platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager), with a strong grasp of content marketing and project coordination.
- Creative Edge: Innovative thinker with a knack for storytelling and campaign ideation in competitive markets.
- Collaboration: Strong communication skills and the ability to work across teams and with external partners.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
Bonus Qualifications:
- Experience marketing experiential or entertainment-focused venues.
- Familiarity with SEO/SEM strategies and CRM tools.
