We are seeking a dynamic and experiencedMarketing Managerto lead the development and execution of innovative marketing strategies that drive brand growth and customer engagement. This role will oversee a diverse range of marketing initiatives across digital, print, and in-store channels, ensuring cohesive and impactful campaigns. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in luxury retail, exceptional leadership skills, and a data-driven approach to marketing. As a key collaborator, youll work with internal teams, brand partners, and external agencies to elevate the companys presence and deliver exceptional client experiences.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and refine innovative marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the marketing team, fostering collaboration and creativity.
- Oversee and coordinate marketing efforts across multiple channels, including digital, social media, print, out-of-home (OOH), and others, ensuring brand consistency and effectiveness.
- Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and campaign performance to optimize marketing strategies and maximize ROI.
- Collaborate with brand partners to create and execute impactful activations, elevating Polachecks presence across platforms.
- Partner with the sales team to generate leads, align marketing initiatives with sales goals, and ensure cohesive execution.
- Manage relationships with external agencies and partners to produce high-quality content and boost brand visibility.
- Collaborate with the events team to execute and promote in-store activations that drive foot traffic, enhance customer engagement, and increase sales.
- Safeguard the companys public image and reputation through thoughtful and effective marketing and communication strategies.
- Use data analysis tools and performance metrics to evaluate the success of marketing initiatives and events, making data-driven adjustments to continuously improve outcomes.
Experience/Qualifications
- Previous experience in luxury retail, jewelry, or hospitality industries.
- Knowledge of and/or qualifications in luxury watches, fine jewelry, or high-end services.
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Preferred 10+ years of marketing experience, with a focus on developing and executing comprehensive marketing plans.
- Expertise in creating 360 marketing strategies.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Creative thinker with strong problem-solving abilities and innovative ideas.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with proven experience in managing teams and influencing stakeholders.
- Proactive and results-oriented, with a track record of managing successful projects from conception to execution.
