We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Associate Video Producer to join our team in Eugene, OR. In this role, you'll focus primarily on post-production tasks, such as video editing, motion graphics, color correction, and sound design, ensuring the final product aligns with our project goals and regulatory standards. You'll work in a collaborative environment, managing multiple video projects at once, and helping bring high-quality content to life.

In office position based out of the HSI Eugene, OR office.
What You'll Do:
- Post-Production & Content Development
- Edit video and audio content to create polished, professional videos, including motion graphics, color correction, and sound design.
- Organize and manage media assets, ensuring they are easy to access and ready for future use.
- Support the development of digital and print materials, contributing to the overall content creation process.
- Content Library & Compliance Management
- Help maintain and organize the content library, ensuring all materials are accessible and up to date.
- Track content updates and revisions to ensure it remains accurate and compliant with relevant regulations.
- Creative & Technical Execution
- Operate camera systems, lighting, and audio equipment for shoots.
- Capture additional footage such as b-roll or behind-the-scenes shots to enhance the main video content.
- Troubleshoot technical issues to ensure production runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Production Management & Logistics
- Assist with coordinating production schedules and ensuring deadlines are met.
- Help manage on-set logistics, including equipment setup and crew coordination.
- Stay informed about new technologies and tools to keep production processes up-to-date.
- Team Collaboration
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure content aligns with business goals and meets project expectations.
- Provide on-set support, assisting with logistics, equipment, and asset coordination.
Requirements
- Technical Skills & Experience
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition, and Photoshop.
- At least 2 years of experience working with broadcast-style cameras and handling video production equipment.
- Solid background in video editing and post-production, with experience creating polished, professional content.
- Attention to Detail & Organization
- Ability to stay organized and manage multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail.
- Experience with asset management, version control, and keeping production workflows smooth and efficient.
- Adaptability & Teamwork
- Comfortable working in a collaborative environment with cross-functional teams.
- A positive, team-oriented attitude and a willingness to adapt to changing project needs.
- Regulatory Awareness
