Overview of Responsibilities
Work closely with the Marketing Director to assist in executing the tactics which support the marketing strategies for multiple properties and brands of City Winery.
Establish content calendars that adheres to overall goals and objectives.
Coordinate and execute ongoing email & SMS campaigns to meet revenue goals via a mix of campaign types including conversion, engagement, retention, win-back, cart abandonment and any additional campaigns that may be created.
Supports the process of email & SMS list segmentation and email production
Supports list growth, deliverability, and audience segmentation.
Gather data to create personalized email campaigns to improve personalization.
Manage the individual event and show marketing plans to include advertising, promotion, partnerships, social media, and internal efforts.
Work with artist talent and other key individuals aligned to daily programming and collect all materials and information that will be impactful for successful campaign execution.
Creating and maintaining a successful brand and image that attracts customers.
Coordinate and provide direction to the design team to collaborate on ongoing campaign needs.
Manage all publicity requests including press released, solicited stories for upcoming events,
Ensure creative assets are delivered to venues for future show support, concert calendar, food & beverage, health and safety support as needed
Assist in the creation of content for both digital and print media.
Coordinate distribution of philanthropic requests including auction requests and charitable donations.
Provide feedback on performance of tactics executed to identify and, with guidance, implement improvements for improved outcomes.
Pull data for ad hoc reports as needed to support decision-making processes.
Research upcoming and prominent events, trends, partners, etc. to present possible cross-promotion, co-branding, and advertising opportunities
Provide assistance in guerilla-style marketing methods to attract, generate, and securenew and relevant business opportunities

Minimum Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have experience with digital publishing and generating engagement and traffic. Please share samples of your work (portfolio or links to published articles) along with your application.
2+ years' of proven experience in marketing, promotions and lead generation, preferably managing multiple brands at once
Demonstrated expertise and hands-on experience in email marketing
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related discipline
Experience in marketing, project management, or equivalent relevant experience
Basic graphic design knowledge, specifically with Canva and/or Adobe suite, AI technology a plus
Proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Office, Asana, and working and maintaining content within a CMS
Proven track record of success coordinating, supporting, analyzing and adjusting email marketing campaigns including customer acquisition, retention, and reactivation
Good quantitative skills to analyze email marketing campaign results and recommend strategies for improvement
Exceptional writing skills and creativity, creating engaging, persuasive content
Excel at project management and attention to detail
Ability to problem-solve and work within a cross-functional environment
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Appreciation for and understanding of the music, food, and wine industries
Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
Must be able to sit for extended periods; stand and walk regularly
Must be able to travel as needed
