Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in sales and marketing with at least 3-5 years in leadership or management role.
- Strong leadership, communication, public relations, writing and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical skills and experience in data-driven decision making.
- Direct work experience with a Telecommunications Relay Service preferred.
- Communicates fluently through the use of American Sign Language and written English.
- Ability to organize and prioritize work and meet deadlines.
- Strong computer skills, experience with CRM platforms and technology awareness.
- Possess a valid driver's license and ability and willingness to travel alone.
