Report to: Brand Communications Manager
Job Purpose
This position is responsible for assisting the development and support of public relations, digital marketing and experiential efforts. Works in assisting to promote Hankook tire’s products both B2B and B2C.
Key Accountabilities
- Support the Brand Communications Manager and external agencies in executing the annual social media activity plan for Hankook’s social media accounts.
- Manage and audit the monthly social media content calendar, including posts, updates, and tweets.
- Monitor Hankook Tire’s online presence across press and social media, ensuring effective agency performance and ROI.
- Report social media metrics and findings to management, aligned with pre-set goals.
- Analyze media metrics for both social and traditional media outlets.
- Maintain impeccable writing skills and foster valuable relationships with key media and influencers.
- Stay updated on media trends, tastemakers, and relevant themes to adapt internal narratives and enhance brand positioning.
- Occasionally travel to oversee on-site media or influencer content creation.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple stakeholders (agency, local, and global) effectively.
- Passionate and curious about cultivating brand narratives within clearly defined parameters.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Public Relations, Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
- Proven experience managing agency relations and monitoring ROI.
- Media-savvy and committed to daily reading, research, and industry analysis.
- Strong analytical skills, including proficiency in Excel.
- Willingness to travel if needed.
- Ability to adapt to a structured, traditional work environment.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly desired: Intercultural experiences, such as study abroad programs, cultural exchange programs or volunteering abroad.
