Key Position Highlights: We are seeking a visionary and strategic Leader for Corporate Marketing to guide our global marketing initiatives. This role is pivotal in shaping our company messaging, digital presence, brand strategy, campaign development and strengthening our market presence on a worldwide scale. The leader will work with different internal and external stakeholders where they will spearhead innovative marketing strategies that resonate across diverse markets. Seasoned leader with deep experience in managing corporate marketing in a public company environment. Global role, reporting to the CMO. In-office, based out of Redwood City offices. Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership:
Develop and execute comprehensive brand and marketing strategies that align with our global business objectives. Be the custodian of corporate assets and messaging to ensure it remains relevant, engaging, and competitive. Corporate website:
Be the custodian of the corporate website, and strategic assets that represent the company in the best possible manner. Campaign Development:
Develop and oversee success of corporate campaigns across various channels (digital, social, events etc.). Brand Management:
Oversee all aspects of brand strategy and identity working with different stakeholders including external agencies as necessary. Creative assets:
Build a world-class design and creative asset team that represents the company and its message through a best-in-class visual narrative. Communication:
Maintain newsletters and other vehicles for communication to different internal and external audiences. Team Leadership:
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team, fostering an environment of creativity, accountability, and results-driven performance. Performance Management:
Manage substantial marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to achieve maximum effectiveness with strong metrics tracking and ROI. Qualifications
Education:
MBA or equivalent degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Experience:
Minimum of 15 years of in marketing, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within a global company with deep corporate marketing experience. Proven Track Record:
Demonstrated success in brand development, major campaign management, and driving measurable growth in a global context. Skills: Exceptional strategic thinking coupled with operational execution. Strong leadership capabilities with experience managing large, diverse teams. Proficient in leveraging data analytics for decision-making. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration. Exposure to B2B security marketing is a plus. Cultural Fit:
