Lead the team of Design Program Managers (DPM) and Art Producers who are responsible for delivery and operations of the Design and Art team’s work as part of the product development lifecycle.Partner with key stakeholders in Design and Art leadership to define and drive strong organizational systems in support of team strategy.Lead your team to build a production strategy for the full scope of work including development phase approach, sprint structure, reviews, communication channels, and tracking methods.Empower your team to maintain sustainable project milestones, proactive risk assessment, and schedules that consider deadline, quality, and positive team health.Drive the outsource strategy for creative development, sourcing vendors, scaling, tracking, and holding vendors accountable to quality outcomes.Ensure all Creative disciplines work together to create a cohesive user experience.Create scalable systems that increase efficiency and wide program support and continuously improve the Creative team's operational processes and measure impact.Partner with managers and cross-functional teams to forecast annual budgets and track and reconcile budgets throughout the year.Balance multiple high priority projects at once, providing reliable communication to a wide set of stakeholders in an ambiguous environment.Lead the Metaverse Design Program Managers and Art Producers, including individual growth and coaching, recruiting strategy, and performance management.Minimum Qualifications
Experience to successfully lead a production or program management team for 5+ years in tech, shipped games, or live ops.Direct people manager experience for 5+ years with experience growing and supporting managers and ICs.Experience driving the production process and shipping large, multi-medium projects with real-time 3D pipelines.Experience using data to identify problems and communicate solutions.Preferred Qualifications
