Studio ManagerJOB OVERVIEWAt Orangetheory Fitness our Assistant Studio Manager (ASM) will work in partnership with the Studio Sales and Operations Manager and Head Coach to ensure operational excellence of the Orangetheory Fitness Studio. The ASM will provide daily and weekend managerial duties to accomplish sales and operations expectations. The ASM will support the lead generation and implementation of marketing strategies to increase the membership performance of their studio. This role will serve as an interim Manager on duty for weekend shifts in the absence of the Studio Sales and Operations Manager. The ASM will report to the Studio Sales and Operations Manager.

Manage, mentor, and evaluate staff performance to foster growth and excellenceServe as Acting Manager in the absence of the Studio Sales and Operations Manager, ensuring seamless operationsCollaborate closely with the Studio Sales and Operations Manager to surpass Orangetheory Fitness sales goals and achieve key performance indicatorsLead sales process oversight and strategic initiatives, including studio events and outreach programsSpearhead recruitment, training, and scheduling efforts for studio staff, providing ongoing support and guidance for team successEnsure adherence to corporate policies, maintain operational efficiency, and uphold Orangetheory Fitness standards for customer service and facility maintenanceJOB REQUIREMENTS
Lead, train, and mentor team members to achieve ambitious sales goalsExhibit strong interpersonal skills to connect with members, the community, and the public making business-savvy decisionsPossess excellent written and verbal communication skillsProficient in Microsoft Office and CRM applicationsEducation: High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferredExperience: 3 years in direct sales management/lead generation roles
