Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies based on your proven track record of launching successful new products that have acquired initial customer bases.
- Generate experimental ideas to push marketing boundaries, identify new channels, engage creatively, and use data to refine strategies.
- Build and scale infrastructure for growth levers, including viral loops, SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
- Own and optimize growth channels, measuring their success and impact.
- Leverage data science to analyze metrics and inform product development and growth strategies.
- Implement and manage acquisition strategies across platforms like Google, Facebook, TikTok, Reddit, LinkedIn, and emerging channels.
- Continuously explore new ideas across industries and technologies.
- Communicate how data-driven decisions drive growth strategies effectively.
Qualifications
- 7+ years in performance marketing, preferably in a zero-to-one startup environment. Experience with product-led growth is a plus.
- Scrappy, self-starting, with ideas for experiments that challenge conventional approaches.
- Proven ability to use experimentation and the scientific method to optimize the customer journey.
- Experience in implementing and scaling growth infrastructure across the full customer journey.
- Hands-on experience with marketing tech stacks, web analytics, SEO/SEM tools, automation, CRM, email marketing, and data visualization tools.
- Advanced analytical skills with the ability to extract insights from data visualization tools and manual data analysis.
- Experience building and scaling paid media channels from scratch for startups.
- Proven results in driving traffic and leads, especially in the rare and complex disease space.
- Highly curious, exploring new ideas across industries and technologies.
- Bonus: experience spanning B2C and B2B markets.
