Job ID: 2934916 | Amazon.com Services LLC The Head of Ring Brand Activations is a high-impact, senior brand leadership role responsible for spearheading innovative brand activations that solidify Ring's position as an innovator in smart home security. This role will drive partnerships, integrated campaigns, events, and execution strategies that showcase Ring's technology and commitment to revolutionizing home security. The successful candidate will manage a team responsible for Ring's activation, partnerships, and integrated marketing to amplify the brand's equity, driving brand awareness and brand love. The role will tell the story of Ring brand across all consumer touchpoints in innovative and compelling ways. Key job responsibilities
Manage Ring's activation, partnerships and integrated marketing team to amplify the brand’s equity to drive brand awareness and brand love. Guide a high-performing team of marketing professionals to bring the Ring brand to life across all consumer touchpoints (digital, social, TV etc.) in innovative and compelling ways. Partner closely with Brand Strategy, Media, Retail Marketing and growth teams to activate consistent campaigns across teams. Leverage advanced data and analytics to optimize marketing campaigns and demonstrate clear ROI. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 15+ years of leading teams to develop and execute comprehensive, integrated marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, brand demand, engagement with outstanding measurable results - Experience building or scaling brands - High leadership EQ and outstanding skills in building team culture; able to inspire and elevate cross-functional teams - Must be a strong collaborator and bridge-builder across teams - Exceptional strategic, creative, and analytical capabilities, with the ability to translate deep insights into impactful marketing programs - Excellent communication skills; able to influence executives, key stakeholders, and external partners PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- MBA or other advanced degree in marketing, business, or a related field strongly preferred - Proven track record of success in the consumer electronics, home security, or related industries is a plus Amazon is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
