Vice President, Financial Communications . This is a brand new role that will work directly with leadership across BerlinRosen, Derris, and across Orchestra to build and scale a full-service financial services communications practice and manage high-level strategy on a variety of existing clients in the financial services space. This person will manage and help scale key platform clients and work hand-in-hand with Orchestra leadership on stakeholder relationships.This is an opportunity for someone with deep communications expertise and client and financial services experience—inclusive of financial institutions, asset management and investment companies—to work with innovative clients and build a growing team of communicators.ACCOUNTABILITIES & QUALIFICATIONSDevelop and execute integrated communications strategies across various media channels for financial services clientsDrive business growth by expanding the financial services team and enhancing service offeringsUtilize extensive industry contacts with major media outlets to benefit clientsManage and organize financial communications work, ensuring alignment with revenue and efficiency goalsFoster a strong team culture with a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusionAct as a senior leader in the practice, enhancing strategic communications capabilitiesIdentify team members' capabilities, foster professional growth, and provide necessary trainingStay updated on industry trends and employ audience-first channel strategiesMeasure ROI for projects or clients and adjust strategies as necessaryEssential skills:7+ years of communications experience with a focus on financial services, including investor relations, private equity, fintech, and asset managementProven success in business development, client relationship management, and networkingUnderstanding of agency business models with strong client management skills; experience in an earned/traditional media agency is advantageousExperience in team management and fostering a diverse and inclusive team cultureExcellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of conveying complex concepts clearlyAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities effectivelyWORKING AT ORCHESTRASalary range:
$130,000 - $170,000 commensurate with experience & skillsBenefits:
