St. Monica Catholic School
School Profile
St. Monica School is a PreK-12 Catholic classical school located on Mercer Island, just east of Seattle, Washington. Our curriculum model, based on the Educational Plan of St. Jerome, immerses students in the beauty of Western civilization and the Catholic intellectual tradition. We are a parish school and bring students into the sacramental and liturgical life of St. Monica Catholic Church. Our educational community is dedicated to the formation of the whole person—intellectually, spiritually, and morally. Rooted in the timeless traditions of the liberal arts and the richness of the Catholic faith, we strive to cultivate wisdom, virtue, and a deep appreciation for truth, goodness, and beauty in our students. Our curriculum emphasizes the classical trivium—grammar, logic, and rhetoric—while fostering an environment where faith and reason harmonize. St. Monica Catholic School is committed to preparing students to live as joyful disciples of Christ in a rapidly changing world.
