GRAPHICS POST-PRODUCTION TECHNICIAN

Position Summary:

Hensley Beverage is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Post-Production tech to join our dynamic team. This role will primarily assist post-production tasks, including cutting, grommeting, mounting, laminating, application, and finishing of printed materials for a variety of beverage marketing and promotional products. Candidate will also assist in putting inventory away. Forklift certification option after 90-day probation. The environment is fast paced and the ability to stay organized and multi-task is absolutely necessary. Must be able to assist the department in meeting deadlines.

Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:

• Processing graphic materials for beverage displays, labels, signage, and promotional items.
• Handle cutting, trimming, and finishing of printed graphics, ensuring precision and quality standards are met.
• Prepare and apply grommets to banners, signage, or other display materials as needed.
• Mounting materials on coroplast and other substrates.
• Perform quality checks on printed materials to ensure they meet Hensley Beverage’s high standards.
• Help manage and organize graphic production materials, ensuring supplies like paper, vinyl, grommets, and other tools are available and well-stocked.
• Work closely with the graphics team to ensure timely and efficient completion of projects.
• Maintain and clean equipment and tools used in the production process to ensure they remain in good working condition.
• Follow all safety guidelines and protocols to maintain a safe working environment.

Qualifications

Required Skills and Experience:

• Prior experience in graphic production or print finishing is preferred but not required.
• Strong ability to pay attention to small details and ensure high-quality output.
• Comfortable working with cutting tools, grommet machines, mounting press, and other production equipment.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time, lift, and move materials up to 75lbs as needed.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines.
• A collaborative attitude with excellent communication skills.
