LPA is seeking a passionate Marketing Specialist to join our collaborative team of architects, engineers, interior designers, landscape architects, and master planners. You will work across disciplines on innovative, sustainable projects that aim to positively impact the environment, economy, and society. Position Details You will collaborate closely with directors and principals, engaging internal and external teams to create impactful marketing content that drives business growth. Experience & Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications preferred 2-5 years of experience required; experience in A/E/C industry preferred Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office Knowledge of CRM and digital asset management systems (Dynamics 365, OpenAsset a plus) Ability to manage the entire pursuit process, including RFP responses Strong technical writing, editing, and business development skills Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Creative with attention to detail and a team-oriented mindset Responsibilities Prepare proposals, statements of qualifications, and marketing materials aligned with LPA brand standards Produce high-quality, accurate, and compliant work products Support firm leadership across various market sectors Additional Information Salary range: $51,000 - $93,000 plus annual bonus, based on location, skills, and experience.
