Job Description
The Key Lead ensures all customers receive a quality in-store experience by acting as the Floor Supervisor, guiding and coaching Brand Reps and Stock Associates, and ensuring effective store operations. They are part of the store leadership team, responsible for driving store performance through customer experience and team achievement of daily sales.

Work Schedule
- Schedule varies weekly, with at least 12-16 hours per week expected.
- Availability on Saturdays, Sundays, and certain holidays is required.
- Hours may increase during peak periods to support business needs.
Qualifications
What it Takes
- High School Diploma/G.E.D. preferred
- At least 1 year of retail experience preferred
- No supervisory/management experience required
- Customer focus, communication, interpersonal skills
- Fashion trend knowledge, outgoing, assertiveness
