Now, we're looking for a talented Email Designer to elevate our marketing emails and create engaging, high-converting email experiences. About the Role As our Email Designer , you’ll play a critical role in shaping our email marketing strategy. You'll design visually compelling, conversion-focused emails that engage investors, drive leads, and enhance our brand. This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Key Responsibilities Design and develop high-performing marketing emails that align with our brand and business goals. Create visually compelling templates optimized for conversion and engagement. Implement responsive and mobile-friendly email designs. Work closely with the marketing team to A/B test layouts, messaging, and design elements. Ensure emails are optimized for deliverability, readability, and accessibility. Collaborate with copywriters to balance visuals with persuasive messaging. Maintain and evolve our email design system to ensure consistency and scalability. Minimum Qualifications 3+ years of experience in email design, preferably for marketing or e-commerce campaigns. Strong proficiency in email design tools (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar). Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp, Iterable, Braze). Knowledge of responsive design principles and email coding best practices (HTML & CSS). Familiarity with A/B testing and performance optimization strategies. Detail-oriented with a strong eye for layout, typography, and branding. Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience designing for real estate, finance, or investment-related brands. Understanding of email deliverability best practices. Basic knowledge of marketing automation and segmentation strategies. Experience working in a startup or high-growth environment.
