We’re looking for a creative and out-of-the-box Head of Brand and Content to support our branding and marketing goals at Homways, forging the way for innovation. As the Head of Brand and Content at Homways, you will play a pivotal role in our mission to streamline the rental experience for renters and property managers.
Your Role
Branding:
Develop and implement a comprehensive branding strategy to establish Homways as a trusted and recognizable brand in the market. Content Creation:
Create high-quality, engaging content across various channels, including social media, blogs, email campaigns, and our website, to attract and retain users. Digital Marketing:
Manage and execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, PPC, social media advertising, and email marketing. Social Media Management:
Develop and maintain a strong social media presence, engage with our community, and drive conversations around our brand. Communications:
Oversee all internal and external communications, ensuring consistent and effective messaging. Public Relations:
Build and maintain relationships with media outlets and industry influencers to enhance brand visibility and reputation. Analytics and Reporting:
Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. Collaboration:
Work closely with the product development team to align marketing efforts with product launches and updates. What We Value
We are seeking a highly motivated and innovative individual to fill this role. The ideal candidate should possess: Strong, insatiable passion for real estate and technology is a hard requirement Mid to senior-level experience in marketing, preferably within a startup or tech environment Strong proficiency in digital marketing, content creation, social media management, and branding Familiarity with marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, SEO tools, social media management tools, and email marketing software Ability to think creatively and develop innovative marketing strategies Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proactive and self-motivated Strong problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy Adaptability to a rapidly changing startup environment Desire to work in a hyper-paced, ambitious environment Reporting Structure
This position will report directly to the Founder and CEO of Homways. Pay Range
This position will
initially be compensated with a generous equity percentage in Homways
until we raise our seed round to offer a competitive salary. Your equity shares will be equal to 10% of the total salary upon raising funding. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to become a key part of Homways’ leadership team and share in the future success of the company. The estimated salary band for this position is $60,000 – $70,000 a year.
