As the Brand Marketing Lead, reporting to the Head of Brand Marketing, you’ll play a pivotal role in crafting and executing marketing strategies that establish Endowus as the market leader in digital wealth management in Singapore and Hong Kong. You’ll be at the forefront of building brand relevance and love, creating meaningful connections with customers, and ensuring our brand stands out in a competitive landscape— all through shaping and influencing advertising campaigns, content, product innovation, customer experience and many other touchpoints.
This role will be based in Singapore, and you must be experienced and comfortable with working collaboratively with other business units, as well as remote teams.
What You’ll Own and Drive
- Lead Brand Strategy & Execution – Develop and execute a high-impact brand strategy that builds and strengthens our market position vs our competition.
- Build Integrated Marketing Campaigns – Own and orchestrate multi-channel marketing initiatives across paid, owned, and earned media to build the brand and drive business growth— doing this in partnership with multifunctional teams like Content, Performance Marketing, Creative teams and Agencies.
- Champion Consumer-centric Creativity and Innovation – Build deep consumer understanding and leverage this with creative thinking, data and market intelligence to drive bold, consumer-centric marketing campaigns and activations.
- Ensure Brand Excellence – Be the guardian of brand consistency and creative excellence, ensuring our messaging and visual identity are distinctive and best-in-class across all touchpoints.
- Optimise for Performance & ROI – Collaborate closely with performance marketing and growth marketing teams to continually optimise ROI, to ensure we are effectively and efficiently driving brand and business growth.
What You Bring To The Table
- Experience – A bachelor’s degree, with at least 7 years of experience in brand marketing or product marketing, ideally in tech, financial services or consumer goods.
- Expertise – proven track record of building market-leading brands, and developing and implementing integrated brand plans and campaigns to drive business growth.
- Consumer-First Mindset – Always obsessed with data, consumers and immersed in shifting consumer behaviours, intimately understanding current needs and curious about future expectations.
- Strategic Thinking & Creativity – You balance data-driven decision-making with bold creativity to build a brand that stands out.
- Strong Digital Know-How – You’re well-versed in Google, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other digital marketing platforms.
- Ownership & Agility – You’re proactive, resourceful, and comfortable working across cross-functional and remote teams in a fast-paced environment. You also have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Passion for Investing & WealthTech – You have a keen interest in personal finance and investing, and you’re excited to make a real difference in how people grow their wealth.
