hybrid position based out of Feeding America’s Chicago office . We offer flexible work arrangements, including an average of 2 days in the office per week, work-from-home options, and a 30-day "work anywhere" program annually. The Opportunity
Reporting to the Vice President of Direct Marketing, this role is a key leader in developing and executing integrated direct response fundraising campaigns across traditional and digital channels. The Director will manage a portfolio generating over $40M in revenue, focusing on offline channels like direct mail, telemarketing, and DRTV, while championing an omnichannel approach to ensure seamless messaging and impactful donor journeys. Responsibilities
Own planning and execution of direct response campaigns to drive revenue and donor engagement. Lead annual campaign calendar planning across channels. Leverage data for agile, insight-driven planning and response. Candidate Qualifications
7+ years of experience in omnichannel sales or fundraising strategy for large national programs. 5+ years managing teams. Strong communication, collaboration, and analytical skills. Experience with modeling, segmentation, and analytics. Leadership Competencies
