Position Overview/Responsibilities for the UX and Product Design Lead:
- Overseeing UX/UI designs to ensure design decisions are grounded in user experience and adhere to agency-wide design standards and industry-wide best practices.
- Translating research into user stories, requirements, flows, wireframes, and prototypes and collaborating on the future product roadmap.
- Employing user testing and outreach to ensure products meet the needs of the end users, in collaboration with partners.
- Partnering with the product team and other key stakeholders, including senior leadership, on design solutions and rationales; collaborating with internal and external teams of product designers, developers, and product managers.
Required Skills for the UX and Product Design Lead:
- 8+ years’ experience in software product development, digital design, UX/UI or a related field.
- 8+ years’ experience designing mockups and/or wireframes that conform to UX best practices.
- A portfolio of user research, visual design, and usability studies that demonstrates a high level of professionalism.
