UX and Product Design Lead

Position Overview/Responsibilities for the UX and Product Design Lead: Overseeing UX/UI designs to ensure design decisions are grounded in user experience and adhere to agency-wide design standards and industry-wide best practices Translating research into user stories, requirements, flows, wireframes, and prototypes and collaborating on the future product roadmap Employing user testing and outreach to ensure products meets the needs of the end users, in collaboration with partners Partnering with the product team and other key stakeholders, including senior leadership, on design solutions and rationales; collaborating with internal and external teams of product designers, developers, and product managers
Required Skills for the UX and Product Design Lead:
8+ years' experience in software product development, digital design, UX/UI or a related field 8+ years' experience designing mockups and/or wireframes that conform to UX best practices A portfolio of user research, visual design, and usability studies that demonstrates a high level of professionalism
