Qualifications
- Experience managing website content, preferably in the public sector or a regulated environment.
- Proficiency with HCL Web Content Manager or experience working within the Innovate Ohio Platform.
- Proficiency with the Cloudinary Digital Asset Manager (or equivalent).
- Familiarity with web analytics tools (e.g., Piwik PRO).
- Experience with content strategy and governance frameworks.
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS basics and SEO best practices.
Responsibilities
- Lead the strategy, creation, and governance of website content to ensure clarity, accessibility, and alignment with communications goals.
- Serve as the primary author and editor within the IOP WCM/HCL platform, managing updates, new content creation, and structural changes.
- Collaborate with communications, program, and IT staff to gather content requirements and ensure timely updates.
- Ensure all content meets Client digital accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG 2.1 compliance).
- Monitor website analytics and user feedback to inform content improvements and optimize user experience.
- Manage the web content lifecycle, including regular audits and archiving.
