Senior Design Manager

to lead our in-house packaging design team. This is a hands-on leadership role that requires a unique blend of creativity, collaboration, and strategic vision. What You’ll Do Lead & Inspire : Manage and mentor a team of 2–4 designers, guiding creative development and supporting professional growth. Design : Concept, design, and execute best-in-class retail packaging and in-store displays from ideation to production. Collaborate : Partner with internal teams including Creative, Product Design, Category Leadership, and overseas production to ensure consistent, on-brand execution. Strategize : Align your team’s creative output with ACG’s broader goals and consumer insights. Adapt : Manage shifting priorities with flexibility and a calm, solutions-first attitude. Deliver : Follow established workflows to deliver high-quality, error-free work on time and within scope. Stay Current : Monitor trends in packaging, product design, retail merchandising, and consumer behavior to keep our work fresh and forward-thinking. What You Bring Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Visual Communications, or equivalent experience 10+ years of design experience in consumer-packaged goods (CPG), with a strong portfolio of produced packaging and display work Prior management or leadership experience is a plus Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.) Experience managing packaging and display projects from concept to shelf—including both graphic and structural aspects Working knowledge of Microsoft Office; experience with KeyShot, Shapr3D, or similar 3D rendering software is a bonus Strong communication skills and an ability to build productive cross-functional relationships Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines with attention to detail and a commitment to excellence Who You Are An organized, proactive, and independent problem solver Calm under pressure and agile in the face of changing priorities A leader who leads by example and prioritizes team success Detail-oriented and focused on delivering high-quality, consumer-centric work A strong communicator and collaborative team player Why Join Us?
