As a Growth Marketer, you'll play a key role in driving inbound growth by transforming events and content into powerful lead-generation tools. From industry conferences to networking dinners, you'll ensure our presence is impactful and effective. You'll also lead our content strategy, ensuring Instant appears in all the right places to attract and engage our ideal customers.

What you’ll do at Instant:

1. Plan and execute top-notch events, conferences, and executive dinners that generate real pipeline—think bold activations, speaking opportunities, and memorable experiences.
2. Take full ownership of the events calendar—selecting the right events, managing logistics, and executing flawlessly.
3. Negotiate deals with event organizers to secure top-tier exposure within budget.
4. Collaborate with sales and partnerships to align events with strategic goals and target accounts.
5. Amplify event presence through pre- and post-event content, including blogs, case studies, and video recaps.
6. Manage and optimize event lead funnels—from landing pages to follow-up workflows.
7. Drive campaign traffic using content, CRM, SEO, and inbound marketing tactics to extend event impact.
8. Track and report on event performance—attendance, engagement, ROI, and insights—to improve future events.
9. Bring creative ideas to the table, such as co-hosted panels, product demos, and customer showcases.
