Senior Marketing Analytics Manager , where you will play a pivotal role in crafting innovative banking products while spearheading cross-functional collaborations across Marketing, Product, Engineering, Risk, and Finance. This position calls for a profound understanding of the digital lending and banking sector, combined with a comprehensive insight into various business functions. Your capacity to lead data-driven initiatives from inception to execution will be critical for driving growth. Your engagement will often involve direct interactions with C-level executives and key clientele, requiring exceptional communication and problem-solving skills. Engage regularly with clients to grasp business requirements, define analytical issues, formulate and convey solutions, while ensuring satisfaction and measurable business outcomes. Proficiently manage and analyze extensive data sources, ensuring data quality and proactively collaborating with client IT teams to resolve any issues. Develop Growth Strategies:
Formulate and enhance product offerings to promote growth, embracing a data-driven and customer-centric methodology. Lead End-to-End Execution:
Oversee the entire lifecycle of strategic projects, encompassing the development of business cases, stakeholder engagements, and crafting effective go-to-market strategies. Optimize Post-Launch:
Continually assess and refine new strategies post-launch to meet KPIs and realize business benefits. Stakeholder Collaboration:
Foster alignment among various organizational stakeholders to ensure cohesive efforts. Manage Offshore Team:
Directly lead and coordinate with offshore contractors for analytical support, ensuring smooth execution of projects. Candidate Profile: Over 6 years of experience in analytics service delivery, consulting, solution design, and client management. Preferred background in marketing analytics within the banking sector, specifically in: Experience in developing and expanding go-to-market strategies for new banking products. Strong insight into diverse business functions (Marketing, Product, Engineering, Analytics, and Finance). Experience in the Financial/FinTech industry is a bonus. Technical skills in SQL and Python. Demonstrated leadership capabilities with superior problem-solving and people management skills. Exceptional communication, presentation, and storytelling abilities within a consulting framework. A Master's degree in economics, mathematics, computer science/engineering, operations research, or related fields is preferred; however, candidates with BA/BS degrees from top-tier institutions are encouraged to apply.
