Key Responsibilities : Represent clients in corporate restructurings and bankruptcy litigation matters, including Chapter 11 and Chapter 9 proceedings. Provide strategic guidance to both creditors and debtors in complex insolvency cases. Assist with acquisitions of distressed assets and corporate workouts, both in and out of court. Draft pleadings, prepare discovery, and manage motion practice in high-stakes litigation. Collaborate closely with partners and clients in a fast-paced, team-driven environment. Why Join Us? Compensation & Benefits : Competitive Compensation : Includes an annual salary range of $220,000 – $275,000 , commensurate with experience and market conditions, along with a profit-sharing bonus program .
