As a Growth Marketer you’ll play a key role in driving inbound growth by turning events and content into powerful lead-generation tools. From industry conferences to networking dinners, you’ll make sure our presence is both impactful and effective. You’ll also lead our content strategy, ensuring Instant shows up in all the right places to attract and engage our ideal customers.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute top-notch events, conferences, and executive dinners that drive real pipeline - think bold activations, killer speaking opportunities, and unforgettable experiences.
- Take full ownership of the events calendar - choosing the right events, managing logistics, and executing with excellence.
- Negotiate smart deals with event organisers to secure top-tier exposure (without blowing the budget).
- Collaborate with sales and partnerships to align events with strategic business goals and target accounts.
- Amplify event presence through pre- and post-event content - including blogs, case studies, and video recaps.
- Manage and optimise event lead funnels - from landing pages to follow-up workflows.
- Drive campaign traffic through content, CRM, SEO, and other inbound marketing tactics to support and extend event impact.
- Own and iterate on our event performance reporting - track attendance, engagement, ROI, and learnings to make the next one even better.
- Bring creative ideas to the table - from co-hosted panels to hands-on product demos and customer showcases.

- You’re an SEO and content marketing pro. You understand how to optimize content for search and leverage it for inbound lead generation.
- You thrive in a fast-paced environment. You’re comfortable working in a dynamic, high-growth startup with shifting priorities and rapid iteration.
