Business Development & Marketing Brand Ambassador
Location: Orlando, FL (Central Florida)
Salary: $60,000 - $100,000

About InstantIV
InstantIV is a high-performance hydration product designed for workers in construction, roofing, HVAC, electrical, and other demanding outdoor industries . Our scientifically formulated blend of electrolytes and vitamins helps prevent dehydration, heat exhaustion, and fatigue , keeping teams productive in extreme heat and humidity.
We are looking for a Regional Sales Manager to develop relationships with general contractors, project managers, and safety managers and drive adoption of InstantIV as a workforce hydration solution .
Job Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Identify and target construction, roofing, HVAC, electrical, and other industrial businesses that need effective hydration solutions for their teams.
- Cold call, network, and visit job sites to connect with decision-makers.
- Present InstantIV’s benefits for worker safety, productivity, and heat stress prevention .
- Leverage existing industry connections, referrals, and trade events to generate leads.
Client Meetings & Relationship Building
- Schedule and attend in-person meetings with project managers, safety managers, and operations directors .
- Develop strong relationships with companies looking to improve worker hydration and safety.
- Provide product demonstrations and sampling opportunities to showcase InstantIV’s effectiveness.
Sales Strategy & Growth
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
- Develop a sales territory strategy to maximize outreach and revenue.
- Work closely with distributors, corporate buyers, and direct business customers .
Qualifications & Requirements
Sales Experience
- Experience in construction supply, safety products, industrial sales, or workforce solutions is a plus.
- Strong ability to build trust and rapport with business owners and field managers .
Strong Communication & Sales Skills
- Comfortable making cold calls, on-site sales visits, and presentations.
- Ability to sell a product based on safety, productivity, and employee well-being .
Independence & Travel
- Must have a reliable personal vehicle and be comfortable traveling to job sites, warehouses, and offices.
- Self-motivated with strong time management and organizational skills .
Industry Knowledge & Passion for Worker Safety
- Familiarity with industries such as construction, roofing, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and industrial services is a big advantage.
- Understanding of heat stress risks and hydration benefits is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
