Be one of the first applicants, read the complete overview of the role below, then send your application for consideration.RUN Studios in partnership with one of our large corporate clients has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Creative Content Director / Instructional Designer to help elevate their learning experience.We are looking for an experienced and Creative Content Director who will be responsible for developing captivating training shows that leverage our client’s current training elements, developing new ones, and leveraging your experience producing, directing, and promoting educational video-based training. You will work closely with internal stakeholders, including our production team, content creators and technical trainers, to ensure a flawless online learning experience.This position is slated as a 12-month project with potential to extend based on performance and client requirements.As a Creative Content Director, You Will
Innovate/identify ways to increase E3 acumen (Engage, Entertain, Effective)Bring a growth mindset while collaborating across teams and departments to develop timeline that balances speed, quality, innovation, cost, but mostly speed and innovationAdvise/co-create video content development to drive an impactful and long-lasting learner experienceCoach/consult video presentation delivery skillsWork with business to define success metricsStoryboard to identify delivery of technical contentParse out/repackage existing training contentAdvise and co-create production quality in support of learner experienceHelp define the course/show look and feelProject manage successful transition from ideation to pilot to productionAs an Applicant, You Bring
5+ years’ experience in developing and oversight on innovative video course creation initiatives from conception to completion in collaboration with program manager, content producers, on-screen talent and video production teams5+ years of strong instructional design, show creation and management experience using the latest creative trends, tools, technologies (e.g., AI (ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE)), and design thinkingAbility to identify metrics to analyze and adapt creative expressions to drive industry-leading learner engagement and learning retentionStrong interpersonal, communication and stakeholder management skillsKnowledge of video workflow and production acumenBonus if You Have
Strong Prosci-based change and Kirkpatrick based learning effectiveness management skillsContent delivery fluency/masteryGraphics/Sound Slide and set designExperience in remote recording excellenceAdditional Position Details
